Welcome to The Mobile Vet (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Schofield Veterinary Services LLC. By accessing our website (themobilevet.org), scheduling services, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Veterinary Services

The Mobile Vet provides mobile veterinary services by appointment only. Services are delivered in compliance with Oregon veterinary laws and regulations and require a valid veterinarian–client–patient relationship (VCPR). Information provided on our website, by text, email, or phone is not a substitute for a physical examination unless explicitly stated.

2. Appointments, Fees, and Payments

  • Fees for services will be disclosed prior to or at the time of the appointment.
  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Missed or late-canceled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. SMS Text Messaging & Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from The Mobile Vet, which may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling or rescheduling communications
  • Follow-up instructions or care information
  • Billing or payment-related messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.  We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

By using our services, you agree that communications sent electronically (including SMS, email, and voicemail) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
