Exam Fee $109
Additional pets in the household will be $79. 
Travel/Concierge Fee $89

* Full-length visit (1 hour) for new patients or new problems for an existing patient.
* Includes a comprehensive physical exam and 1-2 brief follow-up calls/emails/text exchanges to provide labwork results, medication questions, or navigate referral to a brick-and-mortar general practice, ER hospital, or veterinary specialist if needed.
* Does not include the price of vaccines, medications, flea/tick & heartworm preventatives, or special services (nail trims, ear cleaning, etc).

Quality of Life Consultation/End of Life Care $229

* In-home Consultation and consult with a specific focus on your pet’s end-of-life care with the goal of caring for their quality of life through their terminal disease until their passing. Techniques of comfort care include pain managment, reducing nausea, acupuncture, nutrition, mobility, and nursing care.

Euthanasia with remains transported to West Coast Pet Memorial Services $388.

Aftercare arrangements are then made with West Coast Pet Memorial.

West Coast Pet Memorial Services:

• General Cremation without ashes returned $100
• Private Cremation with ashes returned $300*
  * Arrangments for urns, paw prints, nose prints, and other memorabilia are made with West Coast Pet Memorial Services

Euthanasia with remains left at the home for owner to arrange aftercare (usually at-home burial) $288

* Comprehensive exam with end-of-life consult.
* We will deliver your pet to West Coast Pet Memorial Services. You will be able to make special arrangements with them for special urns, paw prints, and other memorial effects.

* If your pet is experiencing a true emergency, please go immediately to WilVet South Urgent Care or Emergency Veterinary Hospital.
* Comprehensive exam and consult for existing clients with pets with urgent care needs or if an appointment is needed outside of business hours.
* Emergency services and capabilities are limited in housecalls. If indicated, your pet may be immediately referred to a local emergency hospital.
